Nah bro I dont weld. I just fabb everything up and design all the stuff to be welded. If I could weld it would be all over. But anyways yes my guy can def lay a bead down.

 

update on the pressure test. Welp what can I say both of them failed. pinhole leaks all over. In the process of touching up the welds then we will dunk tank to ensure they are air tight. One of them has a for sure leak in the core itself. I think that was caused by lack of knowledge of proper usage of a pressure tester. Lets just say I ran pressure up to about 80lbs and ernest and I are lucky to be alive. It goose egged the end tanks. But it still held together. I will keep you posted.

 

It took 3 pressure tests to come up with a 100% no leak guarantee. After full dunk we have our first successful oil cooler. It held 35lbs for 30 minutes. I will bring it out friday as well.
