YEA the fins are not a playoff contender yet...

Fins are not in the same category as COLTS, PATS, CHARGERS, JAGUARS, STEELERS, JETS, BROWNS

and those are the teams that will make the payoffs this year...and you can all quote me on that!!!

why didnt we have a fantasy league for SFL?

should i set one up ?

I've been a Dolphin season ticket holder for the past 15yrs and all I gotta say is that we're going to be alot better this year than last. About the wild card? I wouldn't go there just yet because we have plenty of new faces on both ends of the field from offense and defense. And also a whole new core of coaches.

We'll just have to see how the year starts off for us and how everything gels.

I know for a doubt that Chad Pennington is way better than Beck cuz of his experience and it has shown on his last two preseason games on how much better he is.

Our running game with Ronnie and Ricky being healthy is going to be tough on other teams to contend with because both of them are stacked up and ready to kick some ***. Ricky physically, looks like the Ricky of old. And with a good running game, sets up for some good passes.

Offensive line with Jake Long in the mix is going to be alot better than last year.

Our receiving core is getting their act together and Ted Ginn Jr has improved in the offseason showing that he can be a good receiver this year for us and not just run back kick returns, etc...

Our defense is the area where we have tons of new faces, but during this preseason has shown that we look pretty damn good.

Lets just see what happens...

GO FINS!!!!!!!!!!!!

well, yeah if they get 2 wins they would be twice as good as last year

i think they will go 6-10 or 7-9, def not playoff ready. in the AFC you need at lest 10-11 wins to make the playoffs

but the following season, maybe

The good thing about the Fins this year is any high expectations are within the team. I'm sure management wants nothing less than .500 season while they continue to rebuild. Everyone likes an underdog so any upset will be a bonus. The stadium needs to stop playing the fight song though. When you say Miami, it's not superbowl. Not to mention that the song was taken from the Houston Oilers. Time for a new one I think.

Yeah being a season ticket holder for the Fins I can't stand that stinkin fight song. Why don't they play it whenever we get in the AFC Championship game at home with less than a min away from actually going to the super bowl, LOL!!! That fight song stinks!!!

Ya that song sucks IMO, I think that we will have strong backfield this year which will open up the recievers and inprove our passing game. Are defense does have some new faces but they will be pretty strong as usual, and if the offence can keep the defence off the field, it will only make things better.

I have no expectations only dreams that we will continue to improve year by year. "my job depends on it"

Danny, can you get Mike a job as "Dolfan Denny"? It would be a promotion from the #3 Mickey.

i was a season ticket holder from like 91'-00 section 445-446 i seen the fins go thru everything...but after danny boy retired they have just been on a continuous downward spiral until they hit rock bottom last year....i wonder if thats the reason they got the whole organization restructured lol
