Hey guys, how's it going? I was trying to find out if anyone happens to have an alternator that they aren't using and are willing to part with it. My battery just died over the weekend and I was able to get it charged. Today my girl drove the G and after a driving for about 15 minutes then shutting it off, the car wouldn't start. I had to give it a jump, so I'm figuring that the alternator is bad. Anybody let me know if you have something.

 

I would take it to autozone or somewhere to have it test before dropping some coin into a new one.

 

Do you know if they require for the alternator to be out of the car to do the test? I just took the battery to them yesterday to get charged.

 

I am not sure give them a ring

 

if u can drive the car.. they have a thing on wheels that they can roll out to the car to test it..

 

Man, what is wrong with ur car? (...must be the girl's fault lol) I have one of those too if you end up needing one. But hey you're supposed to call me about the condenser?

 

Ha ha...yea man I know. Well the car just hit 100k so I guess I should start to expect for things to start going wrong. I'm still getting that condenser from you so expect a call hopefully by this weekend. Money is a little tight and now we're down to one car.
