^+1 unless the insurance company is trying to replace with used wheels in new condition. If they 're cutting you a check based on OEM replacement cost, get some aftermarket wheels.

thing that sucks is that some guy ran A RED LIGHT and hit me wile i was making a left, and lied about it. no one got a ticket and it ended up as a claim on my insurance i really dont want to add another.

then you are screwed, you are gonna have to buy another 4 set of oem wheels cause you are not gonna find two, specially when is a front and rear

you're better off taking the other two out and say all four where stolen and at least make it a claim worth claiming, then atleast you're getting like 3k or more

wheel locks will not stop them... it will only slow them down

 

three different sets of wheel locks will really slow them down.

If it makes you feel any better my car got keyed in a fire station parking lot in a very nice neighborhood..what kinda scum bag goes to a fire station to do dirt... Anyway I agree wheel locks dont stop them from being stolen but i think they work as a deterrent more then anything.. They see them and figure why not just look for the next car that might not have them..

 

I know how you feel... I had my oem 19 stolen from me last year. Its a PITA to deal with insurance but they will pay you. I got a quote from Infiniti for the OEM wheels with tires and TPMS for roughly 7500. Needless to say, you'll have enough to go aftermarket with wheel locks, alarm installed and something to mod the car. Good luck with everything.
