sorry 1 more update...
just talked to the adjuster and i told him i didnt feel like i wanted the car repaired with that much damage. hes having his salvage guy go get an estimate tomorrow. then i can just take that $ and the repair $ to pay off my loan and put a downpayment on something new. ill lose some of the stuff i have on the car but there are no major mods. and to be honest, its not worth the hassle to take off springs and sways for a few dollars. i just want to get this over with and move on.

update: so got offered 19k for everything minus my deductible. i told him id think it over for a day or so but i think ill probably take it. im just ready to get it over with - pay off my loan and seriously shop for something new.
oh ya, ive got stock sways, camber kits, sport springs, full exhaust, intake, 05 lights with bulbs and cats if anyone is interested. make me an offer.

g37 - id like the 09 7at but depends on price and how long before they can get it. otherwise, ill go with the 08 5at. going to infiniti tomorrow to start them looking for sure.

plus as bad as economy is, it shouldnt be hard to get a lil over invoice

i got my g for 1000 over invoice back in 05 so no reason i cant get that now. infiniti is holding the 09s because they want the 08s gone but i want that 7at so im pushing 99% for that. going in the morning to give them my list of options to start looking. i only buy a car if its exactly what i want so it will take a few days.
