Looks like we should have around 50 cars and maybe around 60-70 people.

 

and don't forget to bring your own chairs.

 

Earnest very good point with this many people, out shelter will be mobbed. I highly suggest bringing some folding chairs if you have them.

Im gonna take refreshments i was thinking about taking a few beers i dont know if there is some club rule against that if everyone is cool with it how about hieneken light?

Ok guys, it is getting very close to the meet please make your decisions on what you are bringing so we can get everything set in stone. Also please do not show up empty handed as this is a potluck.

Please be mindful this meet represents our club so clean up after yourself. If you see a mess please help out and assist in the cleaning. If we abuse these things we will not be invited back.
