for real man, perrier mixed with anything (juice etc) makes it tastes like soda.

^+1 Yup.

Perrier + juice = great alternative to soda.
I wish Perrier's still came in glass bottles and not the plastic ones.
Pellegreno's are also great.

vitamin water is good but definitely not a substitute for soda.
It lacks carbonation which Perrier provides.

Vitamin water has just as much sugar as soda read the rear lable.

Gatorade: 14g
Coke: 35g

I'll try some Coke 0

I can't drink just water in the morning but it's not good to put that much sugar in your body first thing in the AM.

I drink ~1 can of soda a day with lunch. I love the taste of pepsi but I know it's not good for me.

I have been drinking a gallon of water from when I wake up to lunch time. I would love a mt. dew but I need to fight the urge.
