He said you can go to court and plead no contest and if you have a clean driving record in the past years the judge can throw out the ticket and just make you pay court costs ($120ish)

If you do have something on your record he can make you take driving school + court costs.


If the sign was not visible/blocked take pics asap. Go to court and tell the judge you want to go to trial because sign was blocked( show pics), plead not guilty. no fees.
