Florida State of STANCE Meet v1.0

DATE: Sunday May 30th, 2010
TIME: 11:00am - 4:00pm
LOCATION: Morikami Japanese Gardens (at the Biwa Pavilion)

Ok guys, it has taken a lot of late night sessions, emails, phone calls and text messages but we are getting all our ducks in a row to put this event together and it is going be a GREAT TIME!


DATE:
Sunday May 30th it is Memorial Day Weekend
(so don't forget to bring your bathing suit if you're planning on hitting the beach the day before or after the meet!)


TIME:
11:00AM - Event will begin
1:00pm-2:00pm - Food will be served
3:00pm - The winner of the raffle will be announced
4:00pm - Event will end


LOCATION:
Morikami Japanese Museum
Roijin-en Gardens @ the Biwa Pavilion

REGISTRATION:
Event registration* will open on Monday April 5th. This is a FREE event but registration is required for select parking. Non registered vehicles will park in the general parking area on a first come first serve basis.

*To register please email a 3/4 picture of your car (front & back) along with some brief information about your stance to LEO@STATEOFSTANCE.COM

State of STANCE will be hand picking 40 cars from the registered entries that will be parked at the center of the meet & be the 1st Official "Stanced 40" of 2010! Once registration has closed, if your car is selected for the "Stanced 40" you will be advised via email and given specific instructions regarding arrival, parking, and setup.
The "Stanced 40" will also receive a goodie bag with cool stuff from our sponsors!
There will be a voter's choice award that will be announced at the end of the meet and the winner will receive a feature on STATEOFSTANCE.com.


HOTEL
If you are traveling and would like lodging, we have secured a group rate of $89.00 per night at the Embassy Suites only 4 miles from the venue and right off I95.

Keep in mind that it is Memorial Day Weekend and rooms will sell out fast.

Also, they are working on giving me a link so that you can book online straight from the State of Stance website to receive the discounted rate!

This is the inaugural State of Stance Meet and it is totally free for both participants and spectators.
The 1st Official "Stanced 40" of 2010 will be there so bring your cameras.
The venue does have a playground and is kid friendly, however this is a car meet so if you bring kids be mindful of them.
Food tickets will be on sale until 2:00pm (cash only). Parking is limited so show up early!
