Tryna find a good alarm system for my ride now and looking for a good shop that will install em. Any of you guys know of a good reputable shop that installs alarms for the G? I was interested in a two-way pager or possible a lo-jack system.

I always take my car to where Humbe works, J&R. They did my alarm well. Two way is the ONLY way to go. And if you could, get something with an LCD screen, proximity sensors, lift sensors, etc.

Depends on what kind of kill switch you running. Simple Ignition is easy to bypass but if you also include a Fuel Kill, well that's a whole other story. To be honest, if they really want your ride no alarm in the world will stop them from taking your ride with a fiend with a Flat Bed. The last versions of Lojack may be your best option, they detect if the vehicle moves for any reason if your key isn't near your wip... It's an option called: LoJack Early Warning Recovery System I believe. Then they call you on all available phones to make sure it's not a false warning and the car is actually being stolen... once that is confirmed... Lojack kicks in and your ride is tracked and recovered. Yes it cost over a grand but you get what you pay for. It' is a one time fee. Obviously, this will not stop them from taking whatever they want from your wip if it stays where you last parked which is why most use Lojack as an additional safety measure when there ride is more than just an AV setup.

Those are some options.

Viper 5901 Responder LC3 SuperCode SST 2-Way Security and Remote Start System is the one I have on my girls "G". Installation of alarm and System was done by my good friend Gabriel Cu. He is the Lead installer at BestBuy Dadeland Station. He is also a fellow forum member. His screen name is CUNASTY. PM him if you would like
