First mod on the bimmer ;)

Thought id share pics of the first mod on the new car. I miss the G but the bmw is really quiet and calm to drive - not to mention, fast as fuuuuu lol.

LED halo's - they look sick at night, ill take a night shot later on.

How hard is it for you to change the LED's? Are the headlights glued or just snap apart?

I think all you have to do is remove the factory bulb and replace it with whatever color LED bulb.

no, this is a custom kit that someone locally does for everyone on the m3 forums, they need to be heated and opened up then resealed like the G lights.

The guy makes a custom kit that is a ring of individual LED's with its own resisters and **** so they dont blow, there is no kit on the market that just plugs in. Stock rings are basically an acrylic ring with a h2 bulb shining through it.

Looks pretty cool, what ended up happening at the dealer with your subframe? Did they say what caused it to break?

They replaced the entire rear end of the car basically, their "claim" on the break was an over torqued or under torqued bolt.

I did end up finding the bolt that snapped on the track - i dont remember if i had told you or not. Regardless, its running fine now.
