So... Redlight Citation in the mail.
I just got a redlight citation in the mail from Miami Gardens.... and its when i was taking a right on a redlight. I dont blow lights, or ever remember running late for something, but it definitely shows my car and my plate. But to me, it looks like i was stopped and then took a right... so, im not really sure. Says it clocked me doing 22mph, but i dont ever recall doing 22mph through a redlight, around a corner...
Any advice on this? I'v got a number here, should i call them and be like whats the deal? Its $125.
We don't have these in Minneapolis anymore because our court system declared it unconstitutional based on the fact that they couldn't prove whose driving (like they cant in these pictures..)
So i'm confused lol anyone got an insight on these.

yea mayne, sorry to hear that but ur the first i heard to get one of those around here. I always thought it was an urban legend hahahah. Take it to the supreme court like it was done in ur home state and fight it to the TOP. Then get money outta the system for ur time and pain and suffering for the ultime win! Good luck buddy.

My dad got one of those, exactly like what happened to you. He was going to fight it until he went online, followed the link and saw a short video showing him doing it. After that, he just paid the $125. This was in the city of North Miami. Go online and make sure that the city of Miami Gardens doesn't have videos.
I think that since they cannot see who the driver is, then they don't issue any points. ticket clinic will charge you 70 bucks and they might not win, in which case you still owe the 125 plus court costs. (that happened to me in orlando. should have just paid the 90 ticket, instead with fees and all that it balooned to over 250). I would not take the chance and just pay the 125
