Im cursed, car got hit again!
No offense but your insurance sucks. Thats why they are called accidents. So unless you blew through a road that had barricades and said do not enter. Meaning you physically drove through destroying them and hit something. You really need to consult a lawyer. Now on the other hand if you only had liability then you are on your own.
Combine that with this thought if it is going to cost you 7K to repair this you are halfway there on a replacement it might not be new but you can pick up a car that has not been wrecked for about 16K and part this one out or sell it as a whole.
My best guess is the front sub frame is pretty tweaked and that doesn't happen from low speeds. Hell I rolled my truck 7 years ago on a city street my insurance company cut me a check for about half the value and let me keep the truck. I call it a learn from my stupidity experience. Yea my premium went up about 30 bucks a month for 3 years (they needed to get their money back somehow) but life goes on.
So what are the full details of the incident if you don't mind posting. If you do don't worry I just don't see making a turn creating that much damage unless your traveling above 25 MPH.

i kinda agree with u Obex.. that is a lot of damage for a low speed impact to me if the crash bar is shifted like that.. it could mean frame damage, but hey i don't fix cars but i have wrecked a lot of cars

thanks for all of the suggestions guys.
I def was doing spirited driving, but nothing like Obex was mentioning.
I am talking a lawyer and I will be towing the car to my family's factory. I have bought a radiator support and passenger fender. I'm going to remove radiator, alternator, ac condenser, and check if they are all okay.
I figured if those parts are okay, all I need is minor frame work, install those pieces, and re paint bumper, fender.
If I were to add my deductible ($1K) + increase on insurance premium ( ~40/month * 3 yrs = $1440), I have around
$2,500 to try to fix the car by myself and skip the bull....
I guess once I have the car in the factory and can kind of look into it, I will decide.
BTW if someone wants to come join me mess around taking some of those parts out... I will be doing work after 5pm at a factory close to Powerline and Cypress Creek rd (south of atlantic blvd), you're welcome to come and see what the inside of the engine and all of those parts are like... I'm actually excited about it... I was kinda running out of things I wanted to do.
