Anything else I should get done while I have it all open?

Thanks and Carlos any updates on the ART pipes? Injected performance now has them in stock for 585 shipped fyi.
IMHO, do not mix gloss and flat. It will throw off the colors. Those two wouldnt go well together in headlights. Thats just my opinion. If you have flat black or gloss accents with your car, stick what that color only. Either one would be good, but stick to one.

The lens needs to be epoxyed onto the housing of the turn signal, how you go about this is your decision. Ive seen many forms.

As far as what else you can do, its all upto your taste bro. Be sure to buff out the inside of the headlight clear cover.

^ I have both. My tails are gloss black, my wheels are gloss face flat lips.
My tires are gloss black for a few days after her bath lol

I wanted to go gloss projector to make it pop out a little. I wonder if I can find a pic to disencourage me!

Hey Twalls!
I always just say flat black cuz it's easier but all my flat black is actually Satin, which is how I did my original headlights:

Disregard the yellowish tint, which is from the crappy 04 lens oxidation. That's back when LED clearance strips were cool

Heres an update on my car.

Took my car in as most of you know, to get some work done and here is some of what i did:

Fixed an issue where the exhaust was touching the rear bumper
Fixed my license from being loose
Repainted my rear from a break it had
Repainted the whole front bumper (lots of scrapage)
Fixed my center grill from flapping in the wind
Remounted my intercooler to sit right inside my front bumper
Spray painted the intercooler and reinforcement metallic black
Repainted whole hood

Now there are a few issues with everything that has happened, but id rather not get into that tonight. Here is a small preview pic of how my car is atm. I might take some shots by my work with my DSLR to show off a bit. Expect a full photoshoot soon.

New test pipes will be installed tomorrow. Sound clip HOPEFULLY included by the end of the night.

BTW that is NOT scraping on the bottom of the bumper, it is dust and resin. That was when we ewre putting the bumper back on.

Yes i did. Which is now another problem im dealing with.

When i took off the ART v2 pipes, i noticed the passanger side had a leak in it. It was pretty bad. Here is a pic:

The exhaust shop showed me the deal. Then they put on the FI ones. They sound ok, but i still have this weird tapping noise at 60mph+. Its just like in the videos i posted. At first i thought it was the resonators from the ART pipes. However, now i have the noise with the new ones. So im starting to think there is a leak. Its really bad.

To make matters WORSE, i got a SES light, and when they ran it, it was a 2003 code, which the guy had no idea what it was, other than it wasnt exhaust related. It wasnt even in his book. Then finally, driving back to work i gave it a bit of gas, and my car started heating up REALLY fast. At first i thought it was the lack of radiator fluid, but my tank is ok. I parked, opened the hood, and let it cool off. Drove back to work, gave it more gas parked, and it didnt even over heat.

Im really confused yall. I got a 15 mile drive through traffic, and i dont wanna end up stuck.

From the looks of that pic you can certainly tell which bolt wasn't tight enough...i pulled the generic code for p2003, says "Particulate Trap Efficiency Below Threshold" hope you get everything worked out
