Hey guys,

I am planning on switching my oem cats to either ART Pipes or Berk HFCs in a month or two.(not really looking at other unresonated or resonated test pipes).


I keep going back and forth, one day I have my mind set on HFCs since they don't cause the exhaust fumes commonly associated with test pipes (regardless of how nice ART pipes are, they are still test pipes), and some days I wanna go for the all out performance/ nearly rasp free sound of art pipes.

I am really curious about the infrasonic sound (or whatever MD markets ART's tone to be) that makes everyone rage about ART pipes so much, which is not supposed to really be captured by video phones and stuff.

I don't wanna go full exhaust since I wanna just improve the sound/performance, but not to an extreme. And since most of the NA exhaust gains come from from freeing up the cats, it's perfect for me.

Also, is anyone running ART pipes in Sofla? Or have heard it in person?

Hey man, I think your best option would be the ART Pipes. I've read and heard nothing but great things from them. I have yet to hear it in person but have been playing with the idea of swapping them for my Fast Intentions TPs.
