Just giving ya some to think about..
Have u check ya brake fluid levels?
when u put ya calipers back on were any of them sticking/rubbing after u drove the car?
Did u bleed the brakes? Check to see any air in the lines.. If ya pedal is soft u have air in the line. Did u check ya fuse box?
just some ideas

I did bleed the brakes. My brakes feel solid as a rock. There was problem with the dust shield when I cut it. The dust shield was bent towards the rotor so when I drove above 10mph it made a rasping sound, but I found the problem and bent the remander of the sheild away and now its perfect. About the fuses, I doubt that would be the problem but it doesnt hurt to double check.
Any help is good help, thank you.

Yeah, I am going to see if I can take it to a shop and get the codes read. Worst case thing is I will have to take my brakes apart and redo everything.

If you reset the ecu and the codes are still popping up that means the error is still there. So that rules out your maf, unless it is not clipped all the way back in. When you did the install of the akebono's did you disconnect and of the abs sensors? Also where is the fluid in the reservoir right now? Your best bet is to pull the codes to see what is causing it to go into the limp mode.

If you can get to Davie, I would be more than willing to hook it up to the computer to diagnose.

Thank you for offering to help, but the funny thing is I checked the brake fluid reservoir yesterday and it was a little bit low, so I topped it off. I go to turn on my car this morning and the lights disappeared. I am releaved but confused at the same time. Hmmmmm I'm just glad it fixed its self. ...... Well anyway thank you to everyone for your help.
