I read on another forum a few months back that exhausts such as Stillen and Borla True Dual have fitment issues on G35's with RAS. Has anyone heard of or run into this? If so what exhaust did you use or hear would fit? Thanks.

I have RAS and I don't have a problem with my Invidia G200.

 

i heard you might have some problems with ras and the new injen but it can still work..

 

^^^You are correct.
It fits but your right side pipe is slammed into you RAS servo. Then if you lower the pipe to clear, it rests ontop of your rear sway bar.

Currently have that section wrapped with fiberglass racing heat shield tape.
Doesn't rattle anymore either. Temp fix untill I have a work around fabricated.
Hear the HKS hi-power dual has problems w/RAS too.

Rear Active Steer option, it's designed to improve handling by automatically steering the rear wheels slightly, about 10%.

 

correction: 10 degrees, not %.

 

My coupe manual says up to 5 degrees.

 

I had to spend an extra 540 bucks to custom fit my exhaust for RAS. RAS is/was very rare, so exhaust manufactures have not built for it. However, my Infinity dealer told me that after 2007 about 40% of coupes will have RAS.
