Made My own Shift ****

Hey BoYs I decide instead of paying 130$ for a Nismo shift **** I decide to make one my self. I used the nismo measurements (provide by TTRANK) and decide to make it longer. I made it 108mm instead of the 67. I did it because I wanted to blend it to the leather better (Pics below). Take a look.

What i was talking about...

very nice looking..but it does look quite tall.

Interested in making it more of the shape like stock?

you definitely got skills but it looks awkward to me...the nismo rubber grommet blends in with the leather boot but yours makes it look too long...jmo

I guess I'm the only one who thinks stock looks the best... by far.

Good job though!

Yea, it does look a little different, but it feels so god damn good. Im thinking of gettin some leather put on it. Idk Agin i made it long so it would fit my hand, i hold my stick like you would hold a gun grip. If that makes sense lol without the triger. HAha

no kidding. i have rested my wrist on the top of the stock MT shifter a couple of times while changing the radio stations after my car's been sitting in 100+ degree weather and feels like a freakin' cigarette burn. if it's all metal like the one you made, it might make it tricky to drive in the summer until it cools down or you wrap something around it and look like a wuss.

So you like to feel something tall and round in your hand?
