holy f*ck, my throttle body spacer NOTICEABLY improved my gas mileage!!! hahahaha, real talk... i had to burn some gas for HIN yesterday, needed to be at 1/4 tank to show inside venue. so i normally get around 150 miles at half a tank, after the TB spacer though i got over 180 and that was while purposely driving the car hard and trying to burn gas. i was pissed because the one time i wanted to burn gas the car was refusing to do it, LOL just thought i'd share. as for performance, it obviously doesn't compare to my recent mods as of late but i will say that in high RPM the throttle feels more responsive and the engine seems more eager. another mod discovered by OCG35 "Mike" that delivers, i'm gonna put one on my Wife's car and see how it affects her more stock style setup.

From where you get said spacer?

Also, the whole 1/4tank thing is just freaking asinine.

Which is more readily combustible, 20 gallons of liquid gasoline, or 5 gallons of liquid gasoline and a 15 gallon area filled with gasoline VAPOR???? Technically, they should require you to show up on a full tank... because fact is, if a fire actually starts, 5gal of gas times that many cars... it might as well be 50 gallons in every car, end result is exactly the same: burned down building and cars.

i got it off ebay, from the vendor "spacerdynamics." make sure to get the one w/the heat-sinks carved out. it look's like the listing for this particular model is still down, my fault. i had placed a bid originally but didn't wanna wait for the listing to end, so i PM'd them and told them i'd do 2 spacers for $90 shipped. so they had to take the listing down to cancel my bid. if you just punch in "G35 throttle body spacer"(on ebay), you'll see the company pop up w/the non-heat-sink version listed. just PM them about the other one.

Is this the item or I have to PM him about the one with the carved heat sinks?

This sounds like a cheap fun mod. I'm planning to install my stock air box back, is that a problem or it work fine with the stock system?

Thanks.

Were your OEM bolts long enough Mark or did you have to get longer ones?
