The front offset is pretty conservative IMO, but the rear offset will be pretty close to flush. It really all depends on what tire size and how much negative camber you plan to run. Just to give you an example, before I widened my rear fenders I was running 20x9.5 +30 with 255/35R20's up front and 20x10.5 +37 with 275/30R20's in the rear. Front camber was just within specs at -1.7°, but rear camber was around -2.4°. I then increased the rear tires to a 285/30R20 and had to change the rear camber to -2.6° for clearance. I've since had my rear fenders widened about 1-1/4" (30mm), so I'm now running 305/30R20's in the rear with -1.5° camber and still have plenty of clearance. Now I'm looking to increase the width of my rear wheels to 11.5" or 12" and up to a 325/25R20.

Nope no rubbing at all once you grind down the raised area on the plastic front fender liner. You'll also need to trim the rear fender liners with the set-up I posted, but no fender rubbing whatsoever.
