Also - what's a good Powdercoating color for stock sport (non brembo) brakes? Mine are currently rust colored and could use a repaint.

I'd stay away from the reds, yellows, blues etc. that a lot of the BBK's use. I painted my stockers years ago with a bright silver brake paint. They looked great and stayed looking great for several years. I would also contemplate painting them black but that's about where I stop.

Honestly I wouldn't both getting sliding calipers PC'd, I'd just sand them real quick to remove the rust, then rattle can them black or silver. I went that route (black) and they eventually started flaking after a year or so, but it still looked fine.

Take the time to prep them and the paint will last about a decade, I like to hose the bejesus out of calipers with brakleen and wire brush them thoroughly until they look very clean then follow up with shop towels and liberal use of isopropyl alcohol. As long as you don't get any brake fluid on them when doing routine flushes or brake jobs then the paint lasts a LONG time. Personally I like black or silver calipers ONLY, not really into the flashy paint schemes.

Yeah I was thinking one of the two colors silver or black. I'll look at some google images and make some decisions. Not flashy red lol. Was thinking shades of silver.

I sealed them by the time I read your post

One of the demon eyes took a sheet so I have to open one of them again...

I've had **** luck with demon eyes. They are all way too brittle and weak.

As for your cutoff, back up to 25'. Nothing valuable can be gained from looking at builds 5' from the Wall.

I don't think the dealer swapped my fluid at 95k miles like I paid them to do. Smh. Upgraded to RedLine 75-90 and it feels like the VLSD is back.

Dealership, independent shop, etc, what ethics, or lack of, would drive them to do that ? There are so many repairs that (many) car owners can't check or know if the actual work was done.

How many miles ago did you pay them to do this ?

Bought a new (to me) exhaust. I'm getting older, the loud test pipe + muffler delete is starting to give me a headache. Found this on CL for $150 so I'll be throwing it on tomorrow. Hopefully it quiets it down a good bit.
