Stance GR+ vs KW V2

am looking for a new coilover set up for my 07' G35. Right now, I am pretty much debating between Stance GR+ or the KW V2's.

I predominantly daily drive the car so ride quality is really important to me. I hit the autocross about 3-4 times a year, so daily driving is more of a priority here.

Will the Stance setup be too stiff for daily driving compared to KW's progressive spring setup?

I hope to hear from you soon. I have been in contact THMotorsports and I really want to order a set this week.

I have the Stance GR Basics..not sure if these are the same as the GR+ because I bought these about a year ago...and they're perfectly fine.
I drive my G daily and it's not too firm...I'd say it's only a bit more stiff than stock...very impressed.

+1 for GR+

I've got the OEM style GR+ on my '06 G35 Coupe, and I love them. I've put over 2000KM on them since I got them, and I've driven all over Michigan, Illinois and Ontario, Canada since. They are definitely stiffer than stock, but the ride quality is quite good - living in Toronto, I think that says a lot based on our road conditions. From having been in a car with Tein Flex, the GR+ is slightly more forgiving on rough road, but the performance of the Flex is a bit sharper.

If you're concerned, give Stance a call. They can set you up with custom spring rates if you think the 12kg/11kg spring rates are too stiff (personally I think they're great). I've got dampening set to 8/15 all around, and I think it's just about perfect.

They are also pretty hefty, looks like they are built really well, but only time will tell. Oh, and I got mine from Eddie at THMotorsports. He's a good guy to deal with.

wow, that is some great input. have you heard any differences in ride quality between the OEM type coilover and the TRUE coilover style?

From what I have read there are no real differences in ride quality. The big advantage of true coilovers is that you can seriously slam your car. I chose to go with OEM after reading about true coilovers on my350z.com. If you haven't done so already, do a search on "truecoilovers" (yes as one word)
and read the articles. They are very informative, and there appear to be some potential issues with running true coilovers on G/Zs - I would try to explain it, but I don't think I could do the issue proper justice.
