Cooling fans only work on high, not on low

So I have a problem with the cooling fans. There so loud I could even hear it turn on every 45 seconds. I know the low fans are suppose to turn on at 207 and the high fans at 212. But only high fans turn on at 207. When ac is on the low fans do come on , any suggestions ? I Campared my car with other g’s out there and their fans seems to be working on low Except miner

There are 3 cooling fan relays in the IPDM and it sounds like one of them isn't working. You know it's not the fan assembly itself since it does operate at low speed with the AC running and it does operate at high speed once it crosses the 212F threshold.

It out, Which relay is it ? I know there’s 3 in the ipdm ; cooling fan relay #1 is in the middle cooling fan #2 is the last one and cooling fan relay #3 in the first one on the ipdm overall what relay control low and high speed ?

I can't remember which relay controls what. Personally I would just test them, 12v across pins 1 and 2 will close the two different switches which are pins 3, 5 and 6, 7.

Pretty sure those are the relays for it but I didn't doublecheck my car.

Apply the 12v voltage then use a digital multimeter to read continuity (ohms) across the two switches. It's best if you make little test leads and crimp some sta-kon connectors so you have a bunch of wires coming off the relay instead of trying to carefully probe the actual terminals then you can just wire nut your 12v leads on (fuse protect just in case).

Is it cooling relay #1 that operates low speed ?
