well since you added another option, i'd say go for the hks. You're bound to change phones every year. a lot of people change phones when their contract runs out. You don't change your car every year do you? so your car will be with you for a long time, so why not get something that will last a long time. i would say to paint the sideskirts, but you have nothing on the front bumper yet. and i'm not sure if the impul skirts will sit lower than the front and rear bumper. so it would look funny if the skirts were loser than the front and rear of the car.
