ATTENTION!!!! EVERYONE...I NEED YOUR INPUT FAST!!!

I called the park to reserve the place but it looks like someone reserved that place like 2 months ago...I checked all the dates for that month and everyone of them had our spot open...The day that I need someone took it already. I have some options and I need your input fast!!! So, I can reserve the spot!!! Help...

1) Change the date to April 14th or April 28th
2) Keep the date but move to another area in the park but the parking near the BBQ area but not as close as the one I picked.

Need your input fast so I can reserve or make a decision...Thanks!!!

1 way or another will works for me but out of 65 already signed up,at least a fews cancel things or make plan so they can go on that day 4/21...if we change the date now,that might mess things up...so i vote to keep the date and move to the new spot,from the pictures..it only few more steps.they both in the same park.not like an other city or something

Let me do some research on the parking lot...I need to call them too because I know Mile square is car meet friendly...Others, like Huntington is not...They wanted me to jump thru hoops...Getting permits and crap...

I say keep the same spot and move the date (doesn't matter which date for me). That spot is perfect and the tables are near the cars. If we move spots, we'd be way too far from our cars.
