Actually, the Stillen day is even worse, since I wont do anything to my car until the dyno
.

I might go again hopefully the track will not be as slick again I was spinning the 1st 60ft on DRs!!

Why don't you go to dyno day at churches tomorrow it's 3 pulls for $50 with a/f then mod you car more and do it again at stillen for $50. Just an idea.

Subscribing.

I may have other events to attend, but if not, I would definitly like to go. I havn't been there in a long time.

BTW, they are shutting the facility down soon. This may be the last time we can GTG there...

ok well since the weather is getting warmer out, track times are starting to slow down. so you guys with engine management are gonna wanna tune it before you go to the track again because well everyone is basically 2 to 3 tenths off their time than what they normally run. i think im going to end up taking my hot rod from now because well, couple turns of a wrench and two screws, i can get more horsepower instead of spending hundreds of dollars on engine management

Bump...

This might be the last time we have an opportunity for an organized visit to LACR, so lets make it a big one.

The more, the funner.

I'm sure the list will get bigger as mid-April approaches.

Are any of you guys planning to go to calispeedway on Apr 7th? I know that you have to get up early, but it's worth it for a better prepped track then LACR. If you go your times will be faster due to the lower elevation. I plan on going if any of you guys want to join me.

How early?

From what I hear, you will not get many runs in there. Although each run is worth so much more than 5 runs at LACR.

I can go to both

6am at least to get in line. You have to get there early since they only take the 1st 400 cars the gates for tech open at 7am. If less than 400 cars show up then you will get more than 4 runs I think Rookie got in 6 runs last time. The good thing about there is the elevation is lower and your car will have cooled down at least 1 hr before your next run so your runs will be faster. Did your brother dyno his stang?

No, he didn't.

We waited too long so he decided dyno it another time.

Does it really take 1 hour for each run?

By the way, I think you should start a thread. I'm sure many people will be interested on going to California Speedway.

I might be interested in going to Cal Speedway. Will let you know as the days go by.

I'm still breaking-in my clutch so hopefully it'll be done by then.

The wait depends on how many groups of cars they have. The wait is usually 45-60min, hope you can make it you will see a improvement over LACR. I'll start a separate thread for calispeedway.
