My best time was 9.17 or 9.15 I don't remember lol
I was averaging 9.3's for the first 4 runs that I did, but after that I lowered my tire pressure to 34psi at the rear, softened my suspension a bit and I was also warming up my tires pretty good, at the water box. So all that helped me with about .2xx not bad I would say

you need to join us the next time around Henry!

Wally, whatever happened to your headers/cats and tune?
Both of you should be seeing 8's & 13's sooner or later
.
my tire pressure was/is always at 40.
cats and headers plus tune are still on my plan to do. I should be getting it done in a few weeks. I'm currently getting our kitchen remodeled so it's taking a bit of a hit on the checkbook... I'm shooting for mid-end of May.
shoot, I'm gonna need headers, cats, tune AND new tires if I wanna see those numbers lol

Wally's tire size is different Henry, that’s why psi is dif... I lowered mine after the first few runs to 28 (from 33) and for whatever reason had more problems with traction... Wally - your best was 9.153, it was the last run of the night... My best run is always the 2nd I don't know why. I only had 1 run in the 9.2s - all others were 9.1s...
I think the rear suspension adjustment gave you the best improvement. Try it next time with normal tire pressure and see what happens.
Man Stillen SC (idea) is sounding sweet.... LOL

Or sell 200 tickets and make a boatload of money and participants still have a 1 in 200 chance.
I'd buy a ticket... why am I typing and not setting this up? LOL

Hell I've spent more than $100 on car crap that never had a chance to make the kind of power that a SC would... so not winning the raffle isn't any worse than $100 spent elsewhere.... damn it. I just thought of something... If this kind of raffle ever does come to fruition, I can’t play - because if I win people will point to this thread and say it was fixed
I should get a free SC for the idea!
