I just PM'd a few of you to get an idea if you are still interested in coming up for this meet. I'm getting a little worried since the caterer requires 60 people for the bbq. and my list consist of 18 of us. I sent the Norcal guys messages also. We will still have a meet, just go to a restaurant or something if not enough people get back to me. I think the caterer is the way to go but I don't want to get stuck with a 600.00 bill for not having enough people. I am going to talk to the caterer and see if we can get the 60 changed to 40. That seems more reasonable. The park is paid for and non-refundable so we will still meet there. Please let me know if you plan on attending. Thank you all.
