LACR - July 25, 3007 (it's not a typo) =P
yea, so I'm setting up a meet that's a gazillion years away lol
This track day is short of a notice cuz well it's Wednesday and not very many people go anywho.. I think this will be my last time going to LACR so why not make it a good one huh? Go through Angeles Crest (awesome drive) and do a couple runs at LACR.
Tonight people will be able to get 10+ runs, GUARANTEEEEEED!! yea, the elevation plays a big role but heck, it's a good place to practice your launches, techniques and if you mess up on a run, don't kill yourself, you'll be doing another run in just a few minutes.
If any new members care to join us feel free to do so. Don't be shy! It's loads of fun! And the track meets are addicting.
So here's the list so far:
1. WaLLy
2. Henry (skaterbasist)
3. Hector (Hexxum) maybe?
4. Robert (savefatkids) most likely
5.
6.
7.
8.
Alright folks, post up if you have any questions.
Here's the Address to LACR:
http://www.lacr.net/map.html
LACR is located at:
6850 East Avenue T
Palmdale, CA. (93550)
Address to MEET-UP Location
Shell Gas Station
Jay's Shell Service
4530 Angeles Crest Highway
La Caņada Flintridge, CA 91011
(818) 790-3836
Map - http://yellowpages.superpages.com/su...e=CA&zip=91011
Altitude Correction
LACR is 2,710 ft. above sea level.
To figure the altitude factor the formula is as follows:
ET: multiply your et (at LACR) by .97
MPH: multiply your mph (at LACR) by 1.03
This will give you the ET & MPH at sea level.
***Please state if you're meeting us @ LACR or the Shell gas station to roll through Angeles Crest***

What's the address for the gas station again?? It all depends on how busy the rest of the day is. If it is not to crazy and I am able to leave at 5pm, then I'll roll. If I end up having to stay, then maybe Friday or next Wednesday.

Wally... what time are we meeting up @ the gas station?
If you wan't to do 50+ runs in one day, then I guess 5:00 PM is early enough
5:30 sounds fine for me... we would get there around 6:00 which is early enough for a Wednesday. What do you think?
It's just a suggestion.

I don't think Ill be able to make it to the gas station. I have a couple of things to take care of so ill just roll to LACR directly.
I should be @ LACR around 6:45 though. That's plenty of time for a ton of runs
I hope you guys can make it!

I need at least one other member to meet me at the gas station. My bro and cousin will be coming along with me but not in their cars.
