I'm down for the raffle.
As for the rules, how about...
1. Gift is between $20-$25 (Some gifts last year weren't even $10 last year IIRC).
2. No Gift Cards (I remember last year, someone brought a $20 itunes gift card and the person that got it didn't even use itunes. I thought that was pretty messed up).
3. No stupid gifts, bring something that you would want to get (I ended up with a beat up model of a mustang last year,... so retarded. at least they could've bought a mustang that was decent rather than a crappy and rusted and $#!tty looking one). Bring something people will want to steal...it sucks ending up with a crappy gift knowing that no one will want to steal and put you "out of the game" on your first try.
yea...maybe i am ranting a little...i was pissed last year...maybe cuz Glenn stole my clock. 
That's all i got for now.
