I just checked the extended forecast and it shows 30% chance of rain in Fontana for 01/05/2008.

 

It now says 60% chance of rain from morning to around 3 PM

.

 

Damnit!!! Oh well, I guess we'll have to wait til March now.

 

weather.com 60% but accuweather.com doesn’t mention rain

Hexx, now you see why I'm not getting excited yet. I was REAL disappointed Dec 1... I'm not getting any hopes up again.

weather.com also mentions rain on Fri. If it rains Fri I don;t care what htey forecast for Sat I probably won't go (learned from last time).

 

Yeah, I see what you mean bro. If there is any bit of rain or threat of rain, they will cancel it. Oh well.

I hope it doesn't rain on the 5th you guys need to race while it is cool to get your best times.

accuweather.com is showing January 5 as "Rainy" morning & afternoon. I just checked right now. Also, according to all weather sites, it will also rain the night before.

So not only do we have only 1 drive-able 1/4 mile drag strip in this region, but it coincidentally always rains on that specific date
