So, places... we have done the Hat, H00ters...
How about Friday's in City of Industry... they have a good parking lot that is kinda spacey.

I went once with him a couple months ago, they said cops were cool, pretty sure they still go every thursday. Could meet anywhere in the 626, like where art13 suggested.
