Go to Cham Soot Gol. It's in between Magnolia and Gilbert. They have all you can eat KBBQ for like $16, and they are pretty darn good. Or if you like marinated KBBQ ribs, just go to Arirang Market next to Gilber and buy some. You can just grill them and they should be very good also and way cheaper.
As for that Vietnamese restaurant near Mae's... I'm not sure, but I've heard some pretty good things about them. Maybe I'll go check them out too.

yeah, Cham Soot Gol is the one I was talking about... its on the corner of Casa Linda and GG Blvd... the other place I was asking about isn’t Korean - I think its French - French American... the title has Château in it (I think)... it's in the same parking lot as Mae's on the East side...

I have one last question...I looked through the speedway's website regarding the requirements for a helmet and was unable to find any info. If you run anything faster than a 14 second ET, you are required to wear a helmet, correct??? The driver of the 07 350z was asking me about that. Thanks guys for your time, see you guys tommorrow, if I can wake up on time. 
Oh, if I do wake up on time (crossing my fingers), I own an 07 AB coupe. Take care guys.
