Also if the spot you are talking about is lowered car friendly and there are no people on the top and it is a good spot that we wont get hassled then i don't have a problem switching spots up here and there...

For you it should be scrapper car friendly.
If I remember correctly (I did work there after all lol), there aren't any speed bumps in the structure, and the driveway in/out is mild (going off memory here). I'll have to double check that for you though.
