Any particular reason why test pipes over high flow cats Henry?

 

Stock cats usually look dull while hi-flow cats are usually polished, so that can be an instant giveaway. They also look different, but that could be because of the heat shielding? I'm just guessing.

From what I read on the DMV site is that as long as everything is CARB legal then it's fine. Maybe I can take off the CARB sticker from my pop charger and put it on the cats or something, haha.
