So I live in a very residential area. And my brother was about to wash his car. He asks for my keys to take the car out of the driveway since he doesn't want to wet my car. A second after he [literally] exits the driveway in this very residential area, this PARKING ENFORCEMENT officer that was driving by decides to give my car a front plate ticket 
Just shows you how desperate these agencies are for $$$. I would understand getting pulled over around the city by a cop...but by a parking enforcement in front of your own driveway?

Considering that my brother was just out of the driveway and was now in public property, I assume so. But it takes a complete douche bag to write someone up for that.
It doesn't seem to be a "fix-it" ticket since its from parking enforcement. They just want me to send them $25 of my money

Wow! I heard about parking enforcement giving tickets out, for parking incorrectly in your driveway. I guess parking enforcement agents are giving more authorization beyond the scope of they were usually intended before.

they're gettin desperate by each day!... i got pulled over,,, patted down,,, had to stand in the middle of traffic for 30 mins,,, and got a $900 dollar ticket in the mail on top of that!!! just for not having a front license plate! and its getting worse, expecially if u live in the hood. "F" the cops and parking enforcement! i feel for u man!
well this was a cop, but both cops & parking enforcement are jus out of control now. i was leaving the gas station then i seen these cops pull in, so i left out... 2mins later the same exact cops speed up behind me drawing their guns and lights, telling me to get out the car,,, patted me down,,, had me stand in traffic for 30mins,,, and all i was doing wus driving 30mph and thats wen i got pulled over. just for having no front plates. And now i hav a $900 dollar ticket that they put as NON- correctable, now i hav a court date. they're thirsty for money thas all.
