They're... apparently priceless, since the dude who did it for my teammate is no longer willing to make them.

You can DIY it, but it's difficult to mount the P7/P5 projectors. This specific set has fiberglass and other stuff that's difficult to work with, so you'll also probably need a place to work on it once you get that far in the process.

You also have to be very good at sealing them; my teammate sometimes has problems with condensation, but he does have a way of getting rid of it.

IMO (from the pictures I've seen), these don't flow that well on the Z. However, that doesn't mean it wasn't a clean job, and gets an A+ for effort and show. They definitely stand out, and I'm sure that's what he's going for, as they're a very unique design.
