That only seems to be a bandaid over a bigger problem. I'm not going to overlook something that can be potentially disastrous to my car.
Johnny, now you have me thinking. How can I check the specs on my lug nuts? I would assume they are M12x1.25 since I have always been using them on my stock studs without a problem.

They are the same rays lug nuts I have been using on the stock studs and GT-S for many months.
As far as the spacer, everything is in Japanese. But here are the specs stated in the rear of the box:
"5110W3" (part number??)
"5H / P.C.D 114.3" (bolt pattern??)
"149 (?) / 67 (?) / 10 (mm??)"
"M12XP1.25" (stud specs??)

well if have the lug nuts tighten on pretty tight and according to torque specs and tightened the spacers and there is STILL vibration that kinda cuts down on what the problem is, maybe its more but i wasn't saying to just tighten then and drive like an idiot
it gives way to finding out what the problem is
my spacers were on according to the same advice i just gave and i never had any problems with them
doing the same for yours could rule out the lugs and spacers, the maybe its the bearings or other components

I guess I'll just remove my wheels when I have the time and inspect everything. I hope its just some oil on the studs and not anything else that will cost $$$ and time

It's not your lugs if they weren't in spec you wouldn't even be able to turn them with your finger let alone get them tightened all the way. Re-torque them down again at 85-90. if you can double check your kics spacers as well cause i know that the 10mm have those lugs with the weird 2 prong key. check that, re-torque everything down and go from there. I'm sure it's nothing major. Is there any chance that MAYBE you forgot to torque down the lugs??? and just maybe torqued down the spacers only? lol

I just hate it when so many little things add up. It gets frustrating. It's all part of the modding process though.
Shane, you mean the 4-hole key that are used to torque the nuts down on the stock studs to hold the spacers? Those are not giving me problems... the nuts were staying on just fine when I installed them.
Trust me, I have torqued everything down to 80 lbs at least 10 times already. I'm going to have to take them off, clean the studs, make sure they are in good condition, and see where that gets me.
I can do the "star pattern" method of torquing the lugs over and over again. They stay tight the first round. I do it again for the 2nd time and they need probably 1/2 or 1/3 of a turn more to get back to where it was a second ago...and goes on and on and won't ever stay as tight as the fronts which won't even budge after a 2nd time.
Maybe there's a possibility that my torque wrench is giving up. It's only a 1 ft wrench that maxes out at 80 lb ft. But then again, it holds down the torque just fine on the fronts.
