Color mod is simply adjusting the spacing between the lens and the cutoff shield to achieve the best mix of sharpness of the cutoff line with blue/purple color. With the projectors powered up, you can find that exact balance in a few seconds, and then add the appropriate amount of washers to keep that spacing intact.

i really wanna come and get my grille painted black.. but im nub and i dont even know how to take the grill off and i dont wanna show up and have other people do my work but i am willing to watch and learn and do as much as i can!
that and can anyone give me the simplest way to get there (441 S. Avenida Alipaz, Walnut CA) cus i mapquested directions and it gives me ****ed up directions.. i really wanna make it and get my grill painted so thanks for the help!

whoever is getting their grill painted better confirm in advance so you can pitch in for some supplies or bring your own!!!

stuff aint cheap mang!!!!

i actually painted my own grill mat black today, primer and mat black paint, for both cans came to only a lil over $9 dollars at home depot. i am very interested in coming because i bought 06+ headlights from sxexcx a looong time ago (as it feels like) and i am dying to see them on my car and every body shop is ripping me off like no other...so i would love to come to your meet and if i need anything just let me know =)

how much to pitch in to paint the grill? anyone know how to remove the gap? i might bring mine just to do it.

headlight install people...the 3 or 4 of you........

bring it!!!! it's so easy it will take 20 minutes per car, we'll get an assembly line goin

hey i was wondering if someone can help me install new bulbs in my headlights? i tried to install in the side strip and ended up loosing a led bulb...kinda tramatized now lol. i wanted my low beam, fogs, and strip to be changed. don't really know anyone though...

^^ bring them down. i became a pro at switching bulbs. on the older headlights i switched them every few months trying different colors.

^ that's all you , my hands get tore up trying to fit in through the fenderwell....and im not going to take the headlights out to switch bulbs either...we already have like 200 people swapping headlights

Cool thanks! I'm gonna order all the bulbs today and hopefully they'll be here by next Satruday for the installation day.

I have a bunch of cans of spray paint that I've used for headlights, mainly clears/blacks/yellows/silvers. If I can't make it, I'm willing to donate them for this mod party, someone would just have to come and pick them up.
