Since we are in the topic,

I am VERY curious to see how I would do against you Mike. I don't have any expectations because I haven't really looked in to how much your cams & headers changed your whole powerband. I wish you had your dyno files so I can load them in to the dynapack viewer!

Too bad many of the fast NA SoCal G's have parted with their G

Henry - just ask Shawn to email the files to you.... also, the charts are posted here and on 350z - but i think you've seen them already...

don’t know yet... depends on how the TS event evolves... also is weather dependent. Too early to commit to anything.

might rain:
http://www.weather.com/weather/tenda...nav_undeclared

means no TS or racing...

My car might be down anyway (unless I borrow a maf housing, which I might do if it doesnt rain)... need a radiator overflow reservoir too though, not sure I know anyone with one - anyone have an extra?

Looks like it'll be a great day for drag racing. As much as I hate these "regular" track days, im tempted to go even though I would only get 2 runs MAX before I have to leave.

I have an exhaust leak + a lot of negative camber. But im still tempted to go!

Just curious...was reading the rules and came across this one:

"Exhaust:
Must be routed through street legal muffler(s). All runs will be monitored on a decibel meter (100db at 100" from the strip). If it is too loud you will not be allowed to run. NO EXCEPTIONS! It is your responsibility."

Will I not pass this with a muffler delete?

Meh, don't worry about that. About half of the cars in there are obnoxiously loud. And I've never seen anyone get in to trouble for that at the strip.

I'm sure im over 100 dB.

In that case I might be able to make it. Gives me a good reason to put my car up against my cousin's '90 vette. I'm sure he'll blow me away on the start, but I'd like to see what actually happens.
