DSM?? whats that?? lol..i know about cars.. but there are still things im not fully educated on..

i know the Hyundai will kick assss but.. id rather learn how to drift with "training wheels" being the 240.. 50/50 wight is good.. i need seat time and track time

but before all of that i need to find a cheap 240..

the thing that puzzles me over a RB swap is where all the wires go? i can do the bolts and fabrication of stuff.. just cant seem to do the wiring part..

Wiring is easy, its patients, but if your going to do a full race car, you might as well yank out the old wiring harness and redo it from the ground up, do a wire tuck and have something called "The Plug", all the wires from the Engine into one plug

Edgar Edgar, why are you gonna put an RB in a 240 and bang it all up, dont you ever watch the "Drift Bible" from the Drift king, you gotta start off like he did with a HatchiRuku AE86 Corolla, and work your way up, you can just hop in a boxing ring and think you can box.

i plan on keeping the KA24DET they come with and build off of that..

add more power as i grow to control it.. i seen KA's in the 700hp range..

My buddy Chase makes wiring harness, but wiring is easy, but I hate when people use crimps! It pisses me off, I like using soldering and shrink wrap its alot cleaner and OEM'ish. I did my wiring on my Civic, took me a week, but I took out all the unnecessary wires I did not need like, windshield spray, air bag, ac, I dont have any of those. In the end when you figure out things and complete it, you feel accomplished and you can say " And what, I worked on my own car myself!"

theres a Drift Bible?

ehh.. i love that corola.. its hella sick.. but.. idk.. its so small lol..

i know i can turn it inside and out.. and learn to control the out of control with it.. but idk.. i guess i want to start off on a different path.. i know that most of the GREAT drifters started with the Trueno.. but i want to make my own path..

even tho i know it will show me great things i feel i can also make great things form a 240..

I believe KA's are alot easier to fix up, you can find alot of oldschool frontiers and pathfinders with KA's at the Junkyard as well as other 240s. If you wanna drift, pull out some cash baller cuz that hobby is one expensive game.
