Denzel.. there are a few investors its not like One person Owns the whole thing.. i was told i could throw in anything i want.. from 5k to 100k it was all good.. from what it seems its a great deal.. they have spent 472k they had calculated 470k by the end of last month and they were only 2k in the gray... thats really good money managing.. they expect a total cost of maybe 560k or so.. but expect to sell for atleast 4.6 mil.. thats a really really really good % profit.. lol... its so tempting but i have never done anything like this so im kinda sketchy on it.. idk.. lol
