^ hahaha naw well I think not. I ended up blowing my head gaskets cuz of soo much heat from when I had ran it before I guess it's real sensitive stuff. Right after putting on my radiator it was still getting really hot so the mechanic told me it must be the head gaskets FTL there goes 1k bucks FML
wtf, a head gasket costs that much?
stealership or what kinda shop???
anyhow g'luck with that at least you kno what the problem is and now its gonna be fixed

^^ Yeah tru tru noo the head gaskets are the cheap part 50 bucks (oem) each need two + replacing water pump also may send the cylinder block to the machine shop depending on the severity of the heat. That price is actually cheap compared to stealership that wanted 3k minimum
it's really labor thats a PIA.. good thing my dads friend is a mechanic. Although he said it will be out for a week the tow truck picked it up today to get the repairs underway hopefully be done before Irvine meet time

Someone pick this up. Its hella cheap for CS CF rear and Ings Skirts for $250 for both. I might just buy it and flip it.

Well to begin with it was a bad radiator then I changed the Thermostat cuz they said you should do both at the same time but since I had previously ran it really hot like twice before I guess that caused the head gaskets to leak fmlOriginally Posted by thesaints21
