Are you still on stock block? I'm assuming your rev limiter was raised? If so, running the 2.87 pulley puts you in risk of over-spinning the blower if you're revving up to 7k+ rpm. Personally, I'd do the smaller pulley and have my tuner lower the rev limiter. The smaller pulley will bring on the boost sooner too. But you have to be careful of making "too much power" on the stock block.
The headers will give you more HP in the top end, as well as lower your max boost psi (which is good for the engine). But again, consult your tuner about making 'safe' power.

Selling it already? Lol. Yeah you'll need to beef up the block if you're going for more power. Although, you could reach 500 whp with the vortech. You just need the 928 impeller with 928 2.62 pulley or upgrade the blower to a T-trim. Might be cheaper than starting all over with a turbo.
