Are you still on stock block? I'm assuming your rev limiter was raised? If so, running the 2.87 pulley puts you in risk of over-spinning the blower if you're revving up to 7k+ rpm. Personally, I'd do the smaller pulley and have my tuner lower the rev limiter. The smaller pulley will bring on the boost sooner too. But you have to be careful of making "too much power" on the stock block.
The headers will give you more HP in the top end, as well as lower your max boost psi (which is good for the engine). But again, consult your tuner about making 'safe' power.
