which dealer in LA/SF valley will fix seatbelt on coupe?

just came back from MIller Infiniti, and i'm pissed, they refused to do anything for my seatbelts on my coupe that don't retract. gave me a bunch of BS excuses. infiniti won't allow it, they're watched carefully by infiniti b/c they do the most service work in the world or something.

ANYWay, has anyone delt with the problem on the coupe in the LA or san fernando valley area? Are there any dealerships that will fix this? i don't feel like filing suit agains infiniti quite yet.

PS. Mods: i didn't know which forum to post this in. This is region specific. The main socal forum's closed. The children are all going "whapoosh" in the MISCL forum. So this, the "meets" forum seems like the only place to ask a serious question about the los angeles area. I do apologize.

i had the same seat belt problem and got it fixed at Metro Infiniti in monrovia... didnt give me any problems. Its a seat belt problem, so I would assume that Infiniti would want to fix it right away since it is a safety issue.

i heard of ooollldd cars.... like cars out of warranty (Toyota), taken into the dealership and fixed seat belts for free!

Yea and if the dealership doesnt fix it, they can get sued.

God forbid you get into an accident, and the seatbelt doesnt work, you can sue the dealership for not fixing it then go to infiniti with the law suit.
