"A Day At The Races" 5/20/06 Hollywood Park
I posted this in off topic but realized that I should have posted here since it is local! Anyways...
I thought I would let you know that I am volunteering some of my time to "Clothes The Deal," a non-profit organization, and we are having an even on May 20th, 2006. It is at Hollywood Park. The Preakness and Belmont Stakes will be going on. I am selling tickets to the event for $40 each. There is also a chance to make a donation anywhere from $1-$2,000. If anyone is interested or if you know anyone else that would be interested that would be great. You can either donate money or buy tickets to the event. A ticket to the event includes entrance fee, parking, buffet lunch, gift bag, and a silent auction. There are also raffle tickets available for $20 each. Grand Prize is a 37" Panasonic Flat Screen TV. There will only be 250 tickets sold so there are many opportunities to win prizes. There are many sponsors at the event. If you don't want to go to the event, you can still buy raffle tickets, as you do not have to be present in order to win. I will be able to hang out at the event so let me know if anyone else wants to go.
