Unhappy Ouch

Well,

It was a good thing that I did not get my front bumper painted. When I was at a stop light yesterday afternoon, I did not leave my foot on the break. By not doing that, my sedan rear ended a SUV. THAT damaged MY car and NOT the SUV. NOW, I have to buy a brand new front bumper cover (unless you know a person out there with a use '05-'06 sedan) for my sedan.

Does anyone know how much those bumper covers cost?

I had to have my rear bumber cover replaced last year because of a hit and run. I think it ran around a bit less than $600 painted and installed.

Cato,

I went by Collision Craftsman this afternoon. When Mark looked at it, he said I would not need a new bumper cover. Hey will patch it (well) and repaint it AND the scratch on the passenger side on the front bumper. He will only charge me $390.12. He advised me it would take two days. Under $400.00 is cheap and I will take it to him in about two weeks.

If you are in Houston, call Mark Bannert w/ Collision Craftsman. They are located at 1729 Brittmoore Road, 77043. Phone # is (713) 465-8700. That is where WHI is sending all of thier cars to.

Uh, my car is a LEASE!!!! Well, I do want to buy a set of new tires since Infiniti does not put a good set of performace tires on the vehicles w/ Sports Package. I almost lost control of my sedan on Monday and I was not even going the speed limit. I was on Eldridge between I-10 & Clay and the streets were wet. The sports package tires SUCKS!!!!

Nismo (oem aero) only fits 03/04.
There are no aftermarket front ends for the 05/06 yet.

Well, I am not sure what is going on in my mind right now. That is why I feel it would be smart for me to take the day of June 8th office. That is my 5th anniv. of my "little" fender bender I had.

Look at the before & after pictures of THAT car.
