I cannot make an official announcement but, God willing, there may be a smaller scale Stampede in the works for the early fall. If I can find the time and if the right opportunity comes up. Stay tuned.

By the way, as I predicted above, we will have a smaller scale Stampede this Saturday. Everyone is invited to the Getaway to Gatesville. All the information regarding the drive can be viewed here:

There will be a fun drive, a car show, and two movies at a drive-in theater. This drive is open to all makes and models, so feel free to invite your non-G-owning friends. A few clubs from Austin have been invited, including the BMW, Porsche, and Z clubs. Regardless of who shows up in what, my goal is that a safe and fun time of driving enjoyment and camaraderie will be had by all.
This is a great event especially for those of you who have never been to a drive-in theater and have never experienced how different and fun it is. I hope you will have the chance to join us for this unique event.
