Question Tires - Houston

So, who has good prices on Kumho Ecsta SPT 235/45R-18? I already have a rate from Discount Tire. Anyone else have them?

HECK NO !!!!! Those WAY over priced POS? Can you say "NOT" !! That was one of the worst things Infiniti could have done to those vehicles with the sport package.

Pretty good price on those! I spent close to a grand on my Michelin Pilot Sports. The last set of Kumhos I had wore out very quick....Which means they stuck to the road pretty good! As they wore, the ride quality really suffered........

If you go to Discount, ask them to match the price of either Discount Tire Direct or Tire Rack. They will match the base price of the tires, although you will still have to pay the mounting, balancing and road hazard protection.

Question

Well, new tires are on their way. I bought them on tirerack.com. I'm getting
(4) 245/40YR-18 Kumho ECSTA SPT. They are to arrive at my place on Tuesday.

Now, I have to find a place that can mount them. Any thoughts?

Yep, since people in Houston are not even looking at this site much these days. Some one has to talk about ideas and trying to do something.

The new tires arrived this afternoon. Discount Tire will install them this weekend. I will go to a Wal*Mart store 1st and buy some tape to place on the rims after the existing tires are removed. This way, I hope, they will not damage my rims.

Let me know what ya think. I hope they look cool on my sedan.

I always have Discount tires price match Tire Rack...you have to pay for mounting and balancing regardless, but the tax is offset by the shipping so you can always compare tire prices directly.
