Results of driving normal

driving back from lunch, passed someone, moved back into right lane and rear end slid, tried correctintg repeatedly but back end slid around and put driver's side of car flat into a guardrail. it's broke

the one day I decided I"ll drive like normal people and I total my car. lesson learned, drive psycho and ***** to the wall every damn time I pick up my keys!

switch lanes, back slid, corrected and pulled other way, once again and back end came around. AWD isnt a miracle fix all for any traction situation as some think.

My buddy has an sti and told me its harder to regain control once u have lost it w. Awd than fwd and rwd. Because once it does regain that traction it shoots u in the direction ur car was sitting when traction is caught

Ugh. That's terrible man.

Glad to read you're okay at least. Maybe you need a heavier car (like a coupe) that's easier to control.

Hey Liv,

I've been away from the forums for some time so I didn't know until just now. I am really disappointed about your accident. I hope you were not hurt.

Turk

P.S. I will see you this week when I stop by to return your radios.

STi has been replaced, went back to what i had before (almost), found an 04 6speed coupe, white with nav, premium, aero. needs a couple things done but got damn good deal and it's cheaper in payment and insurance than the STi was. I'm a clubG35slacker once again

Wow! That was quick. Congratulations on the new car. I hope you were able to remove your upgrades and mods from the STi before you gave it away.

most were damaged duringt eh crash. got a couple things off of it and have people picking them up this week. still have a couple things left around from my old G35 so upgrades should start this weekend, no reason to wait
